Ugh. Dr. Laura Schlessinger won't be taking much of a break when her current syndicated advice program, Dr. Laura, ends on December 31. The controversial talk show host has signed a multi-year deal with Sirius XM radio that will begin on Monday, January 2, 2011. Her new talk show will include new segments "that are relevant to the morals, values, principles and ethics that I nag about everyday." When asked about her decision to move to satellite radio, Schlessinger said:
"The first and most important thing that appealed to me was the freedom to speak my mind without advertisers and affiliates being attacked by activist groups that just love to censor anything they don't agree with. That just about made my heart and head explode."
Oh great. Now she can be a bigger and more obnoxious loud mouth.
