SnitchSeeker posted the image, which shows Harry high up on a platform in a scene similar to this one from the trailer. When it comes to how Harry got out of the ties that bound him and ended up facing off with Voldemort, we'll probably have to wait until the film comes out, but maybe Warner Bros. released this photo today for a specific reason.
We already spent some time speculating what scenes we hoped would be shown in tonight's teaser, but maybe what we're actually going to be seeing is this showdown between Harry and He Who Must Not Be Named. The masterminds behind "Deathly Hallows" have already shared that the battle scene at the end of the film has been extended beyond what's in the book, and this photo seems like it's from one of those moments.
That being said, there are some additional important details we can see in the image. First off, Harry is holding Draco Malfoy's wand, which should place this scene in a certain chronological point for fans who have read the book already. Also, it's pretty obvious but worth stating that Harry is standing in the high rafters of Hogwarts, similar to the important seminal setting of the end of "Half-Blood Prince" (you know, when you know who killed you know who).
How they got up there and how much longer Harry and Voldemort fight after this scene will wait to be seen, but considering there is no one around watching this face off, we can assume that there is still a bit more to see before, well, you know who kills you know who!
What do you think of this new still? Are you going to watch the new teaser tonight on ABC Family? Let us know in the comments section below or on Twitter!
